Our food was almost duoerb, but you changed the French dip to a prepared one that had oreservatuves, & didn't come from the PRIME RIB as usual. Yuck!! We could taste the salty preservatives, how disappointing. The shrimp orders were great, so we're the salads & soup .
This place was an unexpected gem. Loved the atmosphere and the food. Perfect place to stop on the way back in from Mt. Rushmore.
Great food at decent prices! I miss the old nastalgia of the old gaslight but the new one is growing on me. Good place to stop for outdoor sport enthusiast after a day of fun. Sit on the open porch and have a cold one and recollect on the good time :)
The prime rib was excellent and the menu had a great selection. We were in the area on vacation visiting the Black Hills and ate at several other places, this was our favorite. It seemed like a lot of locals ate there so that was also a good sign it was a good place. The service was also excellent.
We used to love this place. Their food has changed and is gross and the service is awful! We waited over an hour for our food. And then the prime rib sandwich is no longer prime rib it's processed roast beef! The ribeye was tough and chewy. What the hell gas light? Oh and the bar tender, she messed up and gave me another margarita. She asked if ideas drinking margarita I said yes. She then later came and asked if I had ordered another, I said no, i thought it was a birthday drink. She then proceeds to tell me "well, I asked you if you ordered one. That was someone else's!" Excuse me? You messes up, not me! We will never come back ever again. And I'm telling EVERYONE not to come here!!!!!! Disgraceful!
You might need more waitresses or a waitress who is more attentive. The bartender tried to assist in our service, which we appreciated. So whatever the problem is..
